Nice apartment in great location! Only wish we didn’t have to pick up keys somewhere else.
Location was very good. The apartment was decorated very nicely.
It would have been nice to not have to travel to another location to pick up the keys, it was very inconvenient.

Excellent location and good size but a few issues
Fantastic location on great pedestrian-oriented street with lots of restaurants with nice outdoor seating. Bakery below the place (St. James) is wonderful. Nice size apartment with good kitchen set up. Enjoyed windows in main room with views of pretty buildings across the way as well as apartment decor. Very close to metro station and taxi stand. Wished we could have stayed longer since there are so many great things to do in Barcelona.
Had a major issue on the day of our scheduled arrival after receiving a massage that we were being moved to an apartment in a less desirable location with fewer bedrooms (two instead of three). Upon initial phone call to property management was told nothing could be done despite the fact that the new apt. would not work for us, however, after three hours of phone calls with booking.com reps and the property, we were able to stay in the apt. we had booked. The whole situation was very stressful and definitely the low point of our trip. Did appreciate that they did honor our booking in the end. As others have noted, have to get keys from another location but that was not bad for us since we arrived by train and the reception desk is right near the station. Beds were not very comfortable - hard mattresses, flat pillows, and thin bedding. Washer/dryer combo machine does not dry clothes even after hours and not good place to hang them. Unable to open blinds for many windows as they were broken. I believe the apartment is going to be renovated soon so hopefully these issues will be addressed.

Wonderful
I booked 3 rooms apartment, clean, spaces & good location, right in the city area and many restaurants just under the apartments.
Had to collect key from difference place , distance between 2 places was about 15mins away by taxi, it may take up to 30mins if traffic is bad. Good thing is I can leave the key cards inside the apartment when check out. Suggest that you could set up a remote door opening for your arrival guess, key cards placed inside the apartment for the conveniences of your guess. No cleaning provides for my 3 nights stayed, but I m ok with that.

Very Good
Great spacious clean apartment. Very secure and excellent location
It was a shame that extensive renovation work was being undertaken in the apartment above us. Drilling and grinding started at 9.30 am every morning until late evening. Although we were obviously out a lot, it wasn't very relaxing in the mornings or when we came back to get ready to go out to dinner. Apart from this, couldn't fault it
